About me

Hi, I’m Scott - a technical designer, technical artist, and an avid Pokemon trading card player! I am also a University of Huddersfield graduate with a first-class BA (Hons) degree.

I have always had a passion for technical game development. During high school, I would often spend many hours of my time pursuing this interest. The creation of my own levels for games I loved was my first step into the games industry. I made maps for "Counter-Strike" and "Trouble in Terrorist Town" using the "Hammer" editor, which taught me a lot about how games work and helped with the development of my 3D skills.

My favourite part of games development is being part of a team, as it’s taught me a lot of new skills and techniques for various disciplines. I believe that great communication and team working is key to success, which also promotes a healthy bonding experience - it’s always great when an inside joke turns into an in-game feature!

I have experience working in many different team combinations, and I have worked on award-winning games such as “Lethal Deal”, receiving awards from Rockstar Leeds, Rebellion North during Game Republic and The Rookies.

I'd love to hear any questions you have about my work, so please get in touch.
